- If you are arrested it may be possible to obtain release with cash bond, but you will not be released until your are no longer showing any alcohol or drug impairment.
- If you are arrested, your person and vehicle may be subject to search. Even if not arrested, the officer may check for weapons, and confiscate contraband items in plain view.
